Japanese Needle Therapy
Rooted in ancient Japanese tradition, this therapeutic practice, also known as Shinkyu, involves the precise insertion of fine needles into strategic points along the body's meridians to promote balance and vitality.

Moxibustion
Moxibustion, in its simplest form, is an ancient technique for moving blood. When blood moves it invigorates, reduces pain and heals tissue. It can also be used to boost the body's immune system, making it a go to tool for many illnesses.

Cupping
Cupping, rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, which helps to stimulate circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote the body's natural healing processes.

Manaka Hammer
This tool creates a synchronicity and rhythm with the channel it is placed upon. Our clients love the sense of rythym and release. Hardness in parts of the muscle is dissipated and tissues become soft and warm.
Shiatsu, originating from Japan, is a non-invasive therapy employing a blend of kneading, pressing, tapping, and stretching maneuvers. These gentle techniques are designed to alleviate tension and revitalise the body, promoting a renewed sense of energy and well-being.
Treatments are 60 minutes in length and can include an array of specific techniques such as Japanese Needle Therapy, Moxibustion, Cupping and more.
